CME provided construction management services for a pavement rehabilitation project, which involved replacing one-half mile of existing pavement with rubberized hot mix asphalt, the first such project in the City of Concord. The project included a new traffic striping layout to accommodate bike lanes, sidewalks, curb and gutter, valley gutter, ADA compliant ramps, and loop detectors for two intersections. Both directions of traffic were open during construction.

Construction cost was $370,000.
