CME provided construction management and inspection services for 1.2 miles of pavement rehabilitation and traffic signal modifications in a main arterial.  The project includes base repairs, pavement mill and fill, overlays, striping, traffic signal, signs, and striping modifications, and ADA improvements. CME coordinated with Caltrans to obtain an encroachment permit for work under CA SR 24.

Construction cost is $1.7 million.
